Panthers host Vincennes Friday

Reitz will take on the Vincennes Alices in a preseason scrimmage this Friday
evening. The scrimmage, which starts at 7 p.m. and is at Reitz Bowl, will see
the Panthers going up against outside competition for the first time this
season.
The two teams haven't met on the gridiron since 1991, when the Alices won
17-14 in in the first round of the Class 4A Sectional 16. The two schools first
played in 1934, and Reitz leads the series 29-4-2.
