I was told yesterday that Ball St has offered Cuda a scholarship. Can anybody confirm this? You would think IU or Purdue would want a 6'1 198 pound saftey that runs a 4.63 40. I would like to see N Illi offer him a scholarship so he and Matt could play together?

Anybody know if this is true and or if Brandon Kempf or Damion James are getting any looks. Both of those kids have the size to play. I'm not sure how fast they are, but to play linebacker in College you need to run at least a 4.8 or better.

James will be looked over becasue he is only 5'11.

I would think/hope Kemp and Carr are both being looked at.

Its all about 40 times. Why do you think Haywood is a higher ranked recruit then Cuda. A 4.4 vs a 4.6. But for a saftey a 4.63 is a dam good 4o time. I hope Cuda's injury doesn't hurt him. I know the injury happened at Ball St.

I agree speed is where its at but i dont think a 5'11 LB is going to be looked at for D1...maybe D2 if he has a great forty. Cuda has been in pads this week so we might get to see him tomorrow night. If not tomorrow i think we will definatly see him next week.

Lets not rush him. We will need him this week, but even more next week. Owensboro is very good. They have a qb about like Mac with 4.6 speed and a great arm. He is getting recruited by some very good college's, including some sec schools.

That whole team is good...they are much like us in that alot of there skilled positions are three year starters. O'Boro is going to be very tough and IMO the toughest game till playoffs.
