I'd think it would be neat to keep a running list of Reitz players that went on to play in college and try to keep track of their progress and accomplishments. If it works out, maybe we can get in pinned so it stays at the top. I'd appreciate all the help and information that everyone can give me. I'll try to keep this 1st post updated and organized.

Adam Herrmann (OL) - Franklin College

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong. I don't follow the players very closely after they leave Reitz.

I found Chris Bennett listed as a freshman on the roster of Depauw University in 2000, but he was not on the roster in 2001. Also Cody Radford as a freshman on St. Francis' roster in 2006. I don't think either of them are playing anymore. Also, I took Mike Head off, because I think he left Wabash at Christmas break his freshman year. Billy Jines, Daniel Wood, Nick Hart were all one and done too, so I don't think I will list players such as this.

Lloyd started the first 9 games of the year until a concussion sidelined him late in the season.

I didn't know about him getting the concussion. I got the rest of the stats I listed for him from his player page. I assume they haven't updated it since before the season started, because it only says he is expected to start at center for the 2nd year in a row. I imagine it will be updated sometime during the off season or just prior to next season.

I also saw that Northern Illinois University will be playing in the Independence Bowl vs Louisiana Tech. It is on ESPN Sunday kickoff is at 7:15. Yet another chance to see Ricky again this season.

I am an equipment manager down at WKU for the football team. I just thought I would update everyone with Lloyd and Tyler's progress. Tyler was switched from DB to LB during the spring and should see som eplaying time at his position as well as Special teams. Lloyd however is a little less fortunate, from what i have been told from the equipment GA he has hurt his back and will prbably miss his senior season sad.gif ! This is WKU's first season as a bowl eligible team, and first as a full fledged member of the Sun Belt conference.

I have heard that both James Ogelsby and Adam Hermann decided to stop playing at their respective colleges.
PantherFan83
I've updated to include all the information I could find on each players 2009 season including Seth Qualls being named MVP for his team. Several player's bios have not been updated with new information on their college's website, I'll try again in a few months.
Moistman
Markel Snoddy is playing at Franklin College this fall He struggled quite a bit early on with his size but seems to have lost about 20 pounds and is moving a little better. He is a force in the middle but struggles with endurance. Playing Gold Squad(JV) right now. A great person to be around and for the program. If you see him around, please encourage him because being a freshman is hard to handle sometimes. HE IS DOING GREAT.

OTHERS:
Max Carnahan is not playing
Adam Hermann is not playing
James Oglesby is not playing nor never made the team

Lineman
Jake David just finished his first season at Franklin College. Franklin ended its season with a 10-2 record and they were the Heartland Conference Champions again this year. They lost both games to Wisconsin White Water College, who are the two time defending Div III National Champs.

Jake was the starting long snapper and took over the extra points and field goal snaps near the end of the season.

Jake snapped over 40 times this season and had one tackle and one assist and he was named special teams player of the week against Rose Hulman.

It was a great experience for him this year.
