What makes Reitz Football special to you?

From anonymous: The most exciting moment for me was when the Panthers were play the Fighting Irish in Indianapolis. That was the first Semi-State for me because I come from Washington,Indiana, and the Hachets are not that good in the football game.

We are a Reitz Family. My mother graduated from Reitz in 1940, I graduated in 1960. I remember several years ago my Mom was listening to a Reitz Football game on the Radio. Reitz was looseing and she was getting madder by the minute. Finally she took her framed diploma and threw it out the back door breaking the glass. Reitz went on to win the game. She went out and got the diploma, and put in in a new frame and hung it back on the wall.
I was especially interested in the Reitz History on this site. Before the rules were changed, in 1960 Reitz was State, SIAC & City champs. Great that they are doing it again.
